In this document, "wing bd", "platform", "site", and "we" refer to the wingbd.cam website and the services under it. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any person registered on this site. "Services" refers to wing bd's online casino, slots, live casino, sports betting, and other gaming activities.

These terms and conditions create a legal relationship between wing bd and its users. By accessing the site, opening an account, or using any service, you are agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested not to use the site.

These terms and conditions apply to users in Bangladesh. wing bd's services are open only to individuals who are permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the rules applicable in their area. To learn more about our platform and how it operates, please read the About Us page.

To open an account at wing bd, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number, and other details submitted during registration must be real and your own. If an account is opened with false information, it may be suspended or closed at any time and any funds in that account may be forfeited.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device is prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and the balances held may be withdrawn.

2.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your login details (username and password) confidential. Allowing any third party to access your account is prohibited. You will be held responsible for all activity carried out from your account, unless you report unauthorized access to us in a timely manner. If you forget your password or have any account-related issue, our support team is available 24/7 to assist.

2.3 Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. wing bd also reserves the right to suspend or close any account for valid reasons.

wing bd's services are for individuals aged 21 or above only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to open an account or use this platform in any way. We may request documents to verify age at any time. If the minimum age requirement is not met, the account will be closed and related transactions will be considered void.

You are solely responsible for complying with all rules and regulations applicable to online gaming and betting in your area. wing bd does not provide legal advice on this matter.

wing bd follows an account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) process. We may request documents to confirm your identity before or after deposits, withdrawals, or account changes.

4.1 Required Documents

Typically, one of the following identity documents may be requested: National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. An OTP may be sent to verify your mobile number. Additional information may be required to verify your payment method.

4.2 If Verification Is Not Completed

If the required documents are not provided in time, the withdrawal process may be delayed or the account may be temporarily suspended. For any questions on this matter, please contact our live chat support.

wing bd currently supports bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits and withdrawals. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

5.1 Deposit Rules

After a deposit is completed, the balance is usually added to your account promptly. When making a deposit, verify the correct amount and payment reference number. Transactions made with incorrect details may cause delays in resolving issues.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests generally take 10–45 minutes to process. Before making a withdrawal request, ensure that your account is fully verified and that any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5.3 Unusual Transactions

If any transaction appears suspicious or unusual, wing bd may place it on hold for review. In such cases, the relevant user will be contacted.

wing bd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn only after the bonus amount has been wagered 10 times.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and their balance will be ৳2,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000. This means winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until a total of ৳10,000 has been wagered.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If any fraudulent activity is detected during bonus use, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• VIP members receive weekly cashback based on their Bronze, Silver, and Gold tier — calculated on net losses.
• The specific terms of each promotional offer are shown in detail on the relevant offer page.

All betting decisions on wing bd are entirely the user's own. A bet that has been confirmed generally cannot be cancelled or changed. Each game and betting section has its own specific rules, which are shown in the relevant section.

7.1 Sports Betting

In sports betting, match results are generally determined according to the announcement of the official tournament authority. If a match is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within the scheduled time, wing bd will act in accordance with the applicable rules.

7.2 Casino and Slots

Casino and slot games use an RNG (Random Number Generator), which makes each round completely independent. If a round is not completed due to a technical issue, that round may be considered void and the bet amount may be refunded.

7.3 Right to Cancel Bets

wing bd reserves the right to cancel any bet in the event of a technical error, human error, or unusual circumstances. In such cases, the original bet amount will be returned to the user's account.

wing bd believes that healthy and responsible gaming is everyone's right. We want our users to enjoy themselves within the limits of entertainment. If you have concerns about your own or someone else's gaming behavior, please read our responsible gaming guidelines and use the available tools.

8.1 Self-Control Features

Users may set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits if they wish. A request to temporarily suspend an account for a short break can also be made. These features can be activated through the support team.

8.2 Protection of Minors

Parents and guardians are also responsible for ensuring that no one under the age of 21 is able to use this platform. Using parental controls on shared family devices is recommended.

wing bd strives to provide its services without interruption. However, temporary disruptions to the service may occur due to technical issues, internet outages, or other unavoidable reasons. wing bd cannot be held responsible in such circumstances.
